Welcome to the Retreat

There is no right way to 'do' this weekend. You don't have to 'perform' relaxation. There will be no requirements for you to be constantly social, or take part in anything. Although we are a clothes optional event you don't have to be clothes free to belong here.
On arriving you will get a warm welcome and a tour of the place. The schedule is relaxed and the aim of the first evening and the following day is about settling in, ground yourself, connect with others and spend time in nature.
Everything throughout the weekend is offered as an invitation rather than an expectation. You are welcomed as yourself.
People come to the retreat for different reasons, rest, curiosity, connection, quiet, inspiration. All of these reasons are welcome.
The retreat is clothes optional, but this becomes less significant than you might imagine beforehand. What matters is an atmosphere we create, of acceptance, safety, openness and ease. Everyone belongs.
Things to consider before arriving: What would help you to feel at ease? What would you like more space for? What might you feel like leaving behind, just for a little while? There are no right answers nor any expectations to share anything personal.
Looking forward to seeing you soon. Stay curious.
